Better Care SA provides flexible supports for NDIS participants and older persons living in South Australia. We aim to make everyday life safer, calmer and more manageable – at home and in the community.
The exact supports depend on your goals, funding and what feels most helpful for you and your family.
Help with personal care, showering, dressing, grooming, meals, light domestic tasks and routines that keep you comfortable and safe at home.
Support to attend appointments, shopping, social activities, therapies and community events, with a focus on confidence and safety.
Stays that support respite, recovery or transitions between living arrangements, with planned routines and clear communication with families and coordinators.
Support to build everyday skills such as cooking, planning, communication, budgeting and travel, at a pace that feels safe for you.
Gentle, respectful support for older people living at home, with a focus on safety, dignity and reducing stress for carers.
We partner with support coordinators, plan managers and other providers to deliver joined-up support and clear documentation.
We provide services to NDIS participants and older persons who are self-managed or plan-managed. We can also work with you if you are using private funding while exploring government-funded options.
During your first conversation with us, we will clarify what supports are possible under your funding and talk through the most important priorities for you and your family.
You don’t need to have all the answers before you call. We can help you work out what might be most useful right now and what to consider in the future.
